Concerning the receipt of complaints, all complaints should be reported directly to the sales representatives covering the relevant customers. With respect to resolutions of complaints and disputes regarding the Financial Instruments Exchange business and other related businesses, Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc. (hereafter "CGMJ") shall take internal measures for the resolutions. In addition, complaints may be registered through the following organizations which have been delegated by the Japan Securities Dealers Association, the Financial Futures Association of Japan and the Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association to mediate customer complaints and disputes. CGMJ has entered into a Procedures Performance Master Agreement with this organization.
