Fundamental Analysis: Superior equity research on a wide range of companies in Japan
Citigroup Global Markets Japan carries out fundamental analysis on approximately 320 listed companies in Japan to provide timely, high quality equity research in both Japanese and English. Our investment recommendations are always independent and objective, with the interests of clients our highest priority.
Our Fundamental Analysis division comprises five teams: Autos & Machinery/Capital Goods; Lifestyle; Materials; Technology, Media, Telecom (TMT); and Financial/Real Estate. Financial analysis on detailed corporate data, an experienced view of industry trends, and fresh and insightful thinking enable us to help clients with their investment decisions and advise them of prime investment opportunities. We also share and manage a global database of financial analytical information with our worldwide Citi Investment Research & Analysis colleagues, allowing us to respond to a variety of investor requests and needs.
Global Strategy & Macro Analysis: Broad-based and specific equity and fixed income market commentary
This division incorporates Economics & Rate Strategy, Corporate Securities Strategy, and Portfolio Strategy. Here, our strategists, economists and analysts present comprehensive macro and micro views of the equity- and fixed income-related factors that move markets.
