Providing Smooth Operations for the Equities and Fixed Income Departments

Sales and Trading Support enables smooth trade-date processing in the Equity and Fixed Income departments. This area covers various functions ranging from trading checks to confirmations, acting as an important liaison between Citigroup, our clients and all our departments in Japan and worldwide.
This area also manages account opening procedures, special requests from clients, and follows up on any settlement issues. Comprising professionals familiar with the complexity of sales, trading, and operations, this department is a critical link between these areas.
