Solid Management through Swift and Dynamic Decision Making
The Executive Committee serves as the senior-most management committee of the company after the Board of Directors. It is the principal forum for corporate reporting and decision-making during the periods between meetings of the Board of Directors of the company. The Executive Committee also oversees and coordinates the major businesses of the company. The Executive Committee is led by Brian Mccappin, President & Chief Executive Officer, and is comprised of the principal officers of the company.
