Human Resources takes an active lead in creating a robust platform that reaches out and supports our employees across a multitude of initiatives. Human Resources coordinates regular training programs that help with career development and business knowledge enhancement. New graduate recruitment and training is organised annually, with intake from international and domestic colleges. New graduates engage on a business-wide rotation program to gain product experience before embarking on respective regional and global training programs.
